Field report: Hawker's store @ Macallum street

Penang, as we know, is a haven for great hawkers food.

We went to Macallum on a Sunday night and Janice ordered bak kut teh while I ordered Hokkien Mee. There are quite a variety of hawkers here.

The food is cheap and good!

If you don't trust me, look at that smiling face below. :P

Bah kut teh @ RM6.80 only complete with eu char kueh, a pot of meatballs, mushrooms, bak kut, herbal soup and vegetables and a warm bowl of steamed rice!

Alternatively, try the hokkien mee @ RM2.20. Very rarely, we can find such competitive price with great taste and lots of prawns. You just have to try it!
